Alistair and Suzie Osmond are the welcoming Hosts at Earthstead Villas Accommodation near Cambridge NZ and enjoy their guests from all corners of the earth.  Alistair a semi-retired engineer can be found caring for the chooks, enjoying the natural outdoors, tending to the grounds and accomplishing the next stages of their eco built villas.  Suzie is an expert in making homemade preserves, baking fresh breads, tending to the organic gardens or milking Joy the house cow.  Living on the Earthstead property for the past 30 years, the farm has inspired the project that is in the making today – an inviting luxury homestay, cottages furnished with recycled timbers, materials, original art and antiques, for eco travellers to enjoy whilst relaxing in a sustainable oasis in the heartland of New Zealand.
